CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH JULIE STARR
The Clarity & Confidence You Need
Decouple who you are from what you do in order to get “unstuck” in your career and make long-lasting change.
There’s always a secret third option
When we operate from a place of fear or stress, it’s hard to see the full spectrum of possibilities that lie ahead. It often leaves us feeling stuck.
Maybe you’re scared or overwhelmed or too burnt-out to think about or understand what change could look like, but I want you to know that other options are not just possible, they’re within your reach.
If there’s a little voice inside of you telling you that it’s time for something new, something more aligned with who you are now, I’m here to help you listen to that voice.
Meet your Coach
At first glance, my career path may seem pretty random. I was a Stage Manager for live theater. I was an Events Manager for a renowned NYC museum. I worked in Learning & Development for a high-growth hospitality start-up.
The common thread: creating exceptional human-centered experiences that spark transformation.
With a show-must-go-on mindset and a willingness to pivot when necessary, I was eventually able to pursue my true path as a certified professional coach.
The coaching experience is about you.
Working with a coach allows you to approach some of your toughest challenges in new ways. As your coach, I’ll help you realize that:
You are not alone.
Making big life changes can feel scary, but becomes more manageable with a coach. We’ll work together to help you get “unstuck,” discover new opportunities, and keep you accountable on your path to achieving new goals.
You always have a choice.
It can be hard to see all the opportunities available to you if you’re burnt-out, unclear, afraid, or uncertain about the next step. We’ll work together to quiet the noise, gain clarity about all of your options, and take intentional action.
It’s about what you want.
You set the agenda; as your coach, I bring objectivity to the conversation. Together, we’ll work on gaining perspective around your big picture, figure out what you really want, and allow you to move forward in a way that feels aligned with your values and goals.
You define your job (it does not define you).
For so many people, a sense of identity can be falsely built around the premise that who you are is what you do, or that what you achieve is what makes you worthy. I’m here to help you see that your job doesn’t define you and you are worthy, no matter what.
